LOST WALLET

Nov. 9: Edward Welch, 48, North Pole, reported he lost his wallet at the Noisy Goose Café on Nov. 6.

THEFT

Nov. 9: Tawna Lynn Davidson, 27, Wasilla, issued a summons for concealment of merchandise.

Nov. 11: In and Out Deli: A 17-year-old Palmer boy was caught shoplifting. Theft charges are being sent to Juvenile Justice.

Nov. 13: The Peak Inn reported guests had taken an electric heater and linens from their room when they moved out.

Nov. 14: Police received report that several vehicles in a neighborhood had items stolen from them.

ACCIDENTS

Nov. 10, Glenn Hwy. and Scott Rd.: Katarzyna Zych, 29, Anchorage, Shain Zumbrunnen, 37, Wasilla and Nisa Zumbrunnen, 35, Wasilla, were all in a wreck. No injuries.

Nov. 11, Moore Rd.: Drew Fannin, 60, Palmer, crashed his vehicle. Damage: $2,000. No injuries.

Nov. 12, South Colony Wy. near Key Bank Plaza: A 16-year-old Palmer girl got into a wreck with Rex Erps, 84, Palmer. No injuries.

Nov. 13, South Chugach St. and Outer Springer Lp.: A 1996 Ford Countour driven by Jennifer A. Price, 35, Anchorage, hit a 2003 Dodge pickup driven by Patrick G. Elmore, 53, of Sutton. Both drivers were hospitalized with minor injuries.

Nov. 13, Dogwood Ave. and Glenn Hwy.: Heidi Ann Putnam, 25, Wasilla, rear-ended a vehicle being driven by David Joseph Arnzen, 44, Palmer, when he stopped for a red light. No injuries. Putnam cited for not exercising due care. Damage to his vehicle; $3,000. Damage to Arnzen’s: $1,000. Both vehicles were drivable.

WARRANTS

Nov. 11: John Floerchinger, 49, Wasilla, arrested on $6,000 in warrants for contempt of court, failing to comply with alcohol treatment on a DUI charge and violating probation on a felony DUI charge.

Nov. 11: Natalie Ann Glazthofer, 35, Wasilla, turned herself in on a warrant for violating probation on a felony DUI charge.

MISUSE OF PLATES

Nov. 11: Jennifer M. Rasmussen, 26, Palmer, issued a summons for misuse of plates.

FRAUD

Nov. 12, Carrs: Police investigated the fraudulent use of a credit card.

DWLR

Nov. 13: Jeffrey R. Christiansen, 37, Wasilla, arrested for driving in violation of a limited license. He was jailed and later released on his own recognizance.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Nov. 13: Andrew Joseph Ramiorz, 24, Palmer, and Janette Cathleen Dunkle, 24, Palmer, were charged with disorderly conduct.

DUI

Nov. 14: Landon Lee Mattingley, 18, Palmer, arrested for DUI, MCA and MOCA. Bail: $500.

MCA

Nov. 14: A Palmer 15-year-old was issued a summons for MCA.

MICS

Nov. 14: Garrett Pietrok, 20, Palmer, was issued a summons for MICS.

ACCIDENTS

Nov. 12, 2:39 p.m., Knik-Goose Bay Rd. at Pinnacle Peak Dr.: Bernadette Caywood, 35, Wasilla, driving a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am, rear-ended a 2004 Ford Escape driven by a 16-year-old Wasilla boy after he stopped for vehicles turning in front of him. Caywood cited for not exercising due care.

Nov. 12, 4:25 p.m., Mile 68 Parks Hwy.: Randall Goodrich, 57, North Pole, lost control on the ice, hit the ditch, and rolled his vehicle. Damage: $2,000. No injuries. No citations.

Nov. 15, 3:55 a.m., Blue Lupine Dr. near Hyer Rd.: Gregory B. James, 51, Palmer, westbound in his 2009 Honda Civic, lost control and hit a street sign and then a utility pole. Vehicle damage: $10,000.

WARRANT

Nov. 13, 2:44 p.m., Mile 49 Parks Hwy.: Jeremy P. Padie, 25, Wasilla, arrested at a traffic stop on warrant for violating probation on a theft charge. Bail: $5,000.

Nov. 13, 9:06 p.m., Palmer-Fishhook Rd. and Flak Rd.: Jim Akers, 33, Palmer, drove into the ditch and was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a DUI charge. Bail: $500.

Nov. 14, 3:30 p.m., Parks Hwy. and Pittman Rd.: Patrick D. McMullen, 24, Wasilla, arrested at a traffic stop in the Three Bears parking lot on a warrant with the original charge of DWLS. Bail: $200.

DWLR

Nov. 13, 12:03 p.m., Peck St. and Bogard Rd.: Raymond F. Sloan III, 21, Wasilla, stopped for an equipment violation. Charge: DWLR. Bail: $250.

DEATH INVESTIGATIONS

Nov. 14, 3:55 p.m., Lake George: A woman reported finding her husband lying unconscious and not breathing on the floor of their garage. CPR began before medics arrived. Stanley Vlahovich, 57, Palmer, was found to have died of natural causes.

Nov. 15, 11:54 a.m., Canter Lp.: Gary Kimball, 51, Wasilla, found to have died of natural causes.

DUI

Nov. 14, 3:45 a.m., Old Glenn Hwy. near Maud Rd.: Michael Busbey, 24, Palmer, drove his pickup into the ditch. Busbey had minor injuries. Charge: DUI. Bail: $500.

Nov. 14, 4:22 p.m., Mile 3 Big Lake Rd.: Frances G. Villa-Miller, 49, Anchorage, stopped after driving away from a disturbance. Charge: DUI. Bail: $1,000.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

Nov. 14, 10:37 p.m., Wassim Cir.: Willy Castoe, 36, Wasilla, allegedly did $200 damage to the home he shares with his girlfriend. Charge: DV Criminal Mischief. No bail set.

NVOL

Nov. 15, 12 p.m., Bogard Rd. and Wasilla-Fishhook Rd.: Andrea Whittington, 41, Wasilla, stopped for expired registration. Summons: NVOL. Citation: No proof of insurance.
