1 Oct. 31, 5:21 p.m., Snow Hill Ave.: Bubbie McGowan Jr., 33, arrested at a home after allegedly stealing $35 in merchandise from Fred Meyer, then striking the employee that tried to stop him as he fled. Charges: Robbery, theft, assault. Bail: $1,000.

Nov. 1, 11:30 p.m., Arctic Ave. near Alaska St.: Ben N. Meyer, 38, stopped for a moving violation. Charges: Felony DUI, DWLR. Bail: $5,000.

Nov. 2, 11 a.m., Talkeetna: Carmel Adams, 72, Talkeetna, found to have died of natural causes.

ACCIDENTS
Nov. 2, 6:30 p.m., Palmer-Wasilla Hwy. and Double B St.: Jennifer Robinson, 37, Wasilla, driving a 1993 Ford pickup, turned left at the stop sign to get onto the highway and hit a 1981 Chevrolet Blazer being driven by Crystal Bryant, 24, Wasilla. Damage to both vehicles: $1,000. Robinson cited for not yielding. Bryant cited for no proof of insurance.
3 Nov. 2, 4:41 p.m., Mile 8 Palmer-Wasilla Hwy.: Stephen H. McElroy, 21, Wasilla, turning left to leave a local business in a 1998 GMC pickup, couldn’t see westbound traffic because eastbound traffic was stopped for the light at Seward Meridian Parkway. He hit a westbound 2008 GMC pickup being driven by Robert Deschamps, 48, Wasilla, then hit a 2000 Dodge van being driven by Dale A. Lloyd, 56, Wasilla, who was stopped at the light. Deschamps hospitalized with minor injuries. Total damage: $40,000. McElroy cited for not yielding.
Nov. 2, 9:14 p.m., Old Glenn Hwy. and Our Rd.: Keith A. Moore, 45, Anchorage, southbound when he lost control of a 2004 Pontiac Sunfire, which rolled and came to rest on its roof. Moore was injured. The Sunfire was totaled.

Nov. 2, 6 p.m., Parks Hwy. at Montana Creek Rd.: Matthew Colon, 18, Willow, stopped for a moving violation. Summons: NVOL.

Nov. 1, 4:38 a.m., Parks Hwy. near Big Lake Rd.: Alexa R. Hooley, 19, Wasilla, issued a summons at a traffic stop for MCA.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Nov. 1, 12:57 a.m., 2880 Greenfields Dr.: Jesse L. Hill, 22, Wasilla, arrested at a disturbance after allegedly becoming combative and refusing to cooperate with troopers’ investigation. Charge: Disorderly conduct. He was jailed and later released on his own recognizance.
