" I find it very disturbing when an individual goes into a medical establishment, has test performed, is diagnosed with a critical life threatening disease, held at bay in having test results / films delivered to another hospital for specialist review is standard 10-12 business days. CLOCK IS TICKING; I have to wait for my results to be delivered? However if I go myself and stand at counter to press I may get lucky to have papers in hand Fed Ex myself. Thank my stars I did not have to push 2 for English.
    Regards,

" "We need more people in the valley". is the comment I have heard over and over. Has anyone thought that statement trough? We need more people in the Valley, so we can enjoy some of the same problems the people who live in Anchorage have. More traffic, more crime, and "street gangs" for our children to belong to. Just as the song goes, "pave Paradise and put in a parking lot", so goes the valley. The only ones who are crying for more people are those who stand to profit from it financially and then leave. "

" Regarding the MEA Board's latest tactic, "gagging" Mgr Carmony from criticizing them, I think Lois Lester and the rest of this "Electric Junta" might do well to read the Constitution of the United States. Wayne Carmony can criticize whatever he wants, and the Board can fire him if it doesn't like what he says. Mr. Carmony can then sue MEA in civil court for breach. That's how it works here in the States. Apparently Ms. Lester & Gang are confused. This is not Venezuela, and she is not Hugo Chavez. Get real MEA Board! "

These sterling personalities certainly have not done good for our nation. Look at things now.
Before we drop out we should have Carter and his thieves give back 60% of our state he took after they made us a state! A totally illegal act under our Constitution, but it was Demo ACTING for the good of our country!

" To Mr. Rasmussen. We take exception to your assessment of one M Metiva as a great asset to our community. You have had the wool pulled over your eyes as they say. If you think wheeling and dealing for self benefit and ego is being a great civic leader, then you have missed it all.
You can not run from your past and that was learned in the mayoral election.
Some may not have let it sink in, but it is all factual.
Thank goodness the citizens of Wasilla made the right choice for mayor! "

" I weas watching a piece taped from Wasilla the other night where supporters of Gov. Palin stated that she didn't have anything to do with McCain losing. Are you guys kidding? She had no business running for VP! She has no grasp what so ever of the issues. Her supporters actually want her to run for president in 2012? Bring her on. Obama will have her for breakfast, lunch AND dinner. What she should do is run for the senate in 2010 to build up her resume and run in 2016 so Hillary Clinton can clean her clock!! "

Knowing that Wasilla is in a heated election, I want to express my support for one that I have had more than a decades experience; Marty Metiva. He is capable of coping with all of your local issues and changing times. I know him to be by far capable of representing you on the broader scene, to take Dorothy Page's Home of the Iditarod the next step by protecting that very trail that leads from that Home to a world of recogniton.
    Mr. Metiva can do that!
