Get informed; sign your ballot

After living in the Valley for many years, I have observed a few things in life that are constant and predictable: the Knik wind in spring and early summer, the migration of geese in the spring and fall, and controversy surrounding MEA. We can’t change the weather or the habits of wild animals, but as members we can have an impact on MEA.

When your ballot arrives in the mail, don’t toss it out or vote based on limited rhetoric you hear from others. Get informed and listen to all sides. Then make your own well-thought-out choices for board of directors and proposed bylaw changes. Don’t forget to sign your ballot!

Joe Moore,
